We'll work with you to ensure you move your body optimally to obtain maximum benefits.

Our studio offers the following Pilates equipment (used during private sessions only): Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and Baby Arc.

Private Sessions for ELDOA and/or Pilates: Monday – Sunday

Pass expiry: 1 month

Price C$140 Plus HST: C$18.20
