These one-on-one sessions are designed specifically to your needs. We'll work with you to ensure you move your body optimally to obtain maximum benefits.

We use the following Pilates equipment for private sessions: Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and Baby Arc.

Private Sessions for ELDOA and/or Pilates: Monday – Sunday

Pass expiry: 6 months after purchase
